Strength, Balance, and Functional Mobility Training is where we roll up our sleeves and work side‑by‑side to make daily movement easier and safer. We start with what matters most to you: getting out of a low chair, feeling steady in the shower, walking to the mailbox, or keeping up on outings without fear of falling.
Using light weights, resistance bands, and body‑weight exercises, we carefully build leg and core strength, sharpen balance, and improve how you move through real‑life tasks. Our dual‑provider model means one of us always has hands ready for safety while the other coaches your form. Every session is paced to your comfort, with clear progress you can feel: standing taller, moving with less effort, and trusting your body again.
This training pairs naturally with our fall prevention assessments and home safety work, giving you a complete plan to stay active and independent for as long as possible.
